Before your Appointment

Please phone or email us directly once you have booked your appointment so that we can complete your registration and obtain your pet’s complete medical history from their previous vet.  

If we don’t have this information at least 3days prior to your appointment, we will automatically cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule as it may not be safe for us to treat your pet without knowing their medical history.
